Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information My Money Atlas collects, how we use it, and what control you have over it. My Money Atlas is currently in a closed beta; this policy will be updated as new features are added.

1. Who we are
Bernie Josue Green Fernandez, based in the Dominican Republic. Contact: b.green@mymoneyatlas.com.
2. What information we collect
It depends on where you are:
- On this site: your email, if you leave it on the waitlist. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, receives your IP address and uses it to work out which country you’re in and show you the site in your language.
- In the app: your email, your sign-in data, and your profile.
- The financial data you record or import in the app: accounts, cards, loans, transactions, budgets, and goals, plus the receipts and statements you choose to read with AI (we read them to pull out the data, but we don’t keep the photo or file).
- Which app features you use, unless you turn analytics off.
- How many times you used each AI feature in a month, to apply its usage limit, even if you turn analytics off. We keep only the count for the last month you used it.
- Your ad preference, if you change it; your phone’s notification identifier, if you allow notifications; the purchase confirmation Apple sends, if you buy a plan; and the messages you send us through support.
3. How we use it
We use your waitlist email to confirm that you signed up and to let you know when a beta spot opens up. We do not add it to any marketing list. We use your financial data to calculate your balances, budgets, and projections and, when you ask, to let the assistant answer your questions. We use usage data to improve the app. We use the AI features’ usage count only to apply their limit.
4. Where it is stored and how we protect it
It is stored in Supabase (Postgres), on servers in the United States, with row-level security that isolates each user’s and each shared space’s data, encrypted connections in transit, and optional Face ID lock on your device.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your information for advertising purposes. These providers process it on our behalf:
- Supabase: database, authentication, and server functions, for the site and the app.
- Google, through the Gemini API: only if you use the assistant, scan a receipt, or import a PDF or photo statement, and only after you give us permission in the app. We send it only to get the answer.
- Apple: processes plan payments.
- Brevo: sends the waitlist confirmation email.
- Cloudflare: hosts this site.
In the app, the people you invite to a space see the data that space shares. Our team can see your email, your profile, and your support messages to help you and run the service. If we add another provider that processes your data, we will update this policy before it starts.
6. How long we keep it
Your waitlist email, until you ask us to delete it. Your account data, including usage data, for as long as the account exists: we delete it when you delete your account. If you own a space that other people use, you first need to remove them from it.
7. Cookies and analytics on this site
This site uses a single cookie, called lang, to remember the language you pick; it lasts one year. It does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The app, however, does record which features you use unless you turn analytics off, and it counts how many times you use the AI features even if you turn analytics off (see section 2).
8. What we do not do yet
We do not store bank credentials, because direct bank connections are not available.
9. Offline features
If you record transactions without internet, they are stored locally on your device until they sync with your account.
10. Minors
My Money Atlas is not meant for anyone under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
11. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and your data by writing to b.green@mymoneyatlas.com. If you left your email on the waitlist and would rather we delete it before we contact you, write to us and we will remove it.
From the app, you can also export your transactions, change your permissions, and delete your account.
12. If something goes wrong
If we detect an incident that exposes your data, we will tell you directly by email, without waiting for you to ask.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page, with their date.
